In photographing Coney Island House’s visual story nearly twenty years (2004), it occurred to me in 2022 that I needed to share much more than I had been doing up to that point with the dancers and DJs of this phenomenal community. So, I produced three 15-18 page PDFs that included favored images I’d taken in the intervening years—and shared them with anyone who asked for a copy.
Here is Vol. 3 of 3 as laid out in the PDF.
Rest in Peace Kevin “Sticks” Selby
D.J.S., DJ, producer, promoter, community happy birthday wisher/announcer. That T Shirt makes the day!
If reading via email, note that images look so much better at larger scale online, you can enlarge a page for even better viewing.
The three volumes are quite a lot of images to look at. It’s a very small fraction of the thousands amassed in the twenty years. I drop them on my Instagram & Threads feeds from time to time. Any thoughts or critiques about the PDF or photographs? Let me know in a comment.
As always, thank you for your interest in reading the newsletter through.
Til next time…
