Thanks for sharing these photos and video. Good work.
Every time I get up to NYC, I have to go and walk along at least part of the High Line. The last time I was there, in May 2023, it was on a lightly rainy, foggy day and there were very few other people. On a regular sunny day, it's usually packed, especially on the weekends. It's a really special place and I'm so glad that it was preserved in this way.
I'm totally happy to share them with you and the rest of the world. Good to see that it's gaining more attention than it's more popular park rivals. When visiting, one can take it in in bite-size morsels without feeling like they've missed something. It's also a very easy travel as you found out. The very unique elevated feature gives it a leg up (pun intended) on other parks in the world!
I visited the last time I was in New York and it is, IMHO, a special place - it’s great to feel the history and also be able to see the new against the old - that special New York juxtaposition … great photos Kenneth - look forward to seeing more!
Hi Monica, I'm so glad to do it. I gravitated to its old industrial view. Inherently understanding that things change over time. It's just a matter of waiting to see how things develop. Glad to know you've enjoyed it too.
I walked this park in 2023. The gardens are beautiful. You need to revisit with color film! I love the way it integrates with the abutting structures and enhances, but doesn't ioverwhelm , the neighborhoods it passes through. It was a wonderful surprise to find during our city wandering.

That's a clever way to bring back more nature into a city 👍 Looks great!
I shudder to think what the space would look like had it been demolished 😲
Cheers!
At least a lot less interesting for photography 🙂
This park is beautiful. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I am hoping to see it in person. I bet every season brings a new and awesome look. I can’t imagine how beautiful it would be in the fall.
You were the first person to tell me about this elevated park. Thank you.
Always happy to share the good things in life with others.
Cheers!
